S’il puise sa source à Rome, Naples, Bologne, Venise, entre Renaissance et Seicento, ce programme propose, telle une oscillation de plusieurs regards convergents, un voyage ou les langages musicaux se croisent inexorablement, se nourrissent les uns les autres, s’interpellent plus qu’ils ne s’opposent, tissant des formes musicales qui deviendront pérennes jusqu’à nous : « ricercare » comme « recherche », « danza » comme une source intemporelle, « canzone » comme « chanson esquissant une sonate », « capricci » comme un hymne à la liberté…
De toutes ces formes, la sonate ou la suite instrumentale naitrons et rayonneront dans un 18e siècle solaire. Le fil conducteur de cette « conversation » à l’architecture peu à peu révélée sera le son, le son « vibration », le son pluriel aussi qui d’un instrument à l’autre nous révélera petit à petit la naissance d’un répertoire, d’un instrument : le Violoncelle.

From all these forms, the sonata or the instrumental suite will be born and radiate in a solar 18th century. The common thread of this « conversation » with architecture gradually revealed will be the sound, the « vibration » sound, also the plural sound which from one instrument to another will reveal to us little by little the birth of a repertoire , of an instrument: the Cello.
